There's a difference between dresses and frocks. Dresses are born of necessity; frocks are children of whim. Dresses are to be ironed and starched; frocks are to be flicked and twirled. Hitch up your frock and climb the fence that is begging you to smell its paddocks, but don't you dare rip your dress. Dresses have a place in my wardrobe, but frocks have a place in my heart.
