Some dresses look good on the rack, and some look good on the body. When Barkins gave me a $60 voucher, I must have walked past this dress a dozen times and not thought anything of it. But the second I finished zipping it up, I knew it was the one. (That's what they say about the one, right? You just know?) Sometimes it's the most unassuming pieces in the most underrated stores that hit the spot.
